Display manufacturing

We use large-format cutting and milling plotters from Zünd to create prototypes ready for production.
These precision machines are perfectly tailored to our workflow, and ensure reliable display production.

The die-cutting machine we use has a fully-automatic sheet feed with an integrated break feature and automated waste transport. The machine stands out for its excellent precision and high productivity.
Our qualified technicians align the die-cutting machine to ensure smooth production.

We have modern bonding machines in different designs in our display production in order to fulfil the diverse demands placed on our display production, while ensuring a consistently high level of quality.

Since displays are so unique and individual, machines can't handle all of the work steps involved in display production. Because of this, manual production remains another key work process in our 2,500 m² production warehouse.
The different components are prepared for final production in our processing area. Die cutting templates may be punched out, for instance, or transfer materials removed.
The components are then assembled to create the final product in our final production area, and packaged.
If necessary, we can fill complete displays with goods or assemble decorative packaging.
